About Us
Centered Way Yoga is a holistic combination of India based yoga and the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong (pronounced Chi Gong). “Qi” ‘means energy – “gong” means to cultivate. The ancient holistic method of Qigong is an awakening of the internal body, it helps to rejuvenate your entire body.
It is a system of gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques and visualization all formulated to improve ones energy field and overall well-being.

BASIC / GENTLE YOGA / QIGONG:
If you are a beginner, have limited flexibility, even limited mobility – this class is for you. Students may choose to stand or use a chair while doing these classes.
ALL LEVEL YOGA:
All level classes are for beginner and seasoned practitioners; you should be in good physical health. Modifications and suggestions will be offered for varying levels.
QIGONG / TAI CHI :
This class is for all levels, can be done standing or seated. This is a gentle moving holistic system based on Chinese medicine and the theory of the five elements.
