Class Schedule

BASIC YOGA/QIGONG BLEND:
This class blends Gentle Yoga with the holistic energy movements of the ancient Chinese method of Qigong.
If you are a beginner, have limited flexibility, even limited mobility – this class is for you. Students may choose to stand or use a chair while doing these classes.

ALL LEVEL YOGA/QIGONG
This class blends Yoga with the holistic energy movements of the ancient Chinese method of Qigong.
This class is formulated for students of “all levels”. You can be an advanced practitioner or a novice. I offer modifications for students who need it and advanced movements for students who enjoy a more challenging practice.

YOGA VINYASA FLOW
This class is for students looking for an invigorating yoga class. You should have yoga experience and be in good health.
A vinyasa class uses sun salutations to move from one posture to another flowing from one asana to another, holding certain postures longer then others to help increase strength, stamina and flexibility.

ALL LEVEL YOGA:
All level classes are for beginner and seasoned practitioners; you should be in good physical health. Modifications and suggestions will be offered for varying levels.
